We look forward to welcoming you to Fresh Start.

Please click here to print out your family questionnaire and bring email it or bring it along with you completed. Please complete it to the best of your ability. 

Much of the work done here will be built around the answers given in this family questionnaire. 

Additionally, please click here to notify us of other details including flight info and food restrictions. 

Please plan for your flight to land before 1 pm on the Sunday your retreat begins.  Fresh Start will arrange for your pickup from the airport after 1 pm.

(Please be advised, check in is not available before 2 pm)

Your return flight should be scheduled for the following Sunday, departing no later than 11 am. (Checkout is at 8:30 am)

Lastly, please take a moment to click the link below and electronically initial and sign some Fresh Start forms.

• Retreat Participation & Waiver of Liability Agreement 
• Kayak  & Bicycle Waiver 
• Covid19 Waiver 
• Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability - After Hours Programs

Please be advised: 

• Our location offers 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms and are randomly chosen for each participant. 
• Fresh Start staff are on site typically from 7 am - 9 pm. 
• There are no FSRC staff on site during the overnight hours. 
• Our meals are catered and typically include fish, meat, and chicken for dinner and assorted dishes for breakfast and lunch. 
• We will attempt to accommodate any severe food allergy concerns. 
• We are not able to accommodate specific dietary needs. 
• We do have a washer and dryer available on site.
